Burger King — Restaurant in Mansfield

The gentleman at the counter was very very nice however before leaving the counter noticed we were missing a fry which is fine they gave us the fry then we got to the table and didn't have a coffee a pie plasticware no dip for cheese sticks etc. Mistakes happen I get it just make sure before you send a tray out you check the receipt to make sure it's all there that way the customer doesn't have to keep coming up and feels uncomfortable and like they're a problem for simply asking to get what they paid for. Again guy was super nice and gave us our stuff, just checking the receipt would've eliminated the issues... Also the cheese sticks were just a hard cheese stick I like them to be melty and cheesy when you bite...

We ate here 3 days ago. Worst mistake of our lives! The air conditioning system was leaking in our food and on us, it took 10 minutes for us to get our food when they were not even busy. I got the bacon king jr...JR is right that sandwich is the right size for a 5 year old. They basically turned a double cheeseburger into bacon double cheeseburger it was only as big as my palm and I have really small hands. To top it off we were sick the entire day after eating it. 7:49 and doors are locked but hours say they are opened? No. Absolutely not acceptable. Attitudes because we place big orders.
