Prices are going up and they aren't honoring the colors of the wk. There are three colors posted on each side of the walls that let their customers know what is on markdown 25-50 and 75% off if you buy something that has the special colors. The colors change weekly. That is how I shop by the colors that's posted on that wall but then when you get to the register the cashier tells you those aren't the colors at all it's the colors that are taped to the register. How do we know what the colors of the week is if they are posted incorrectly. We go to the register to cashier last and that's when you find out that all the shopping you did by color is not going to be honored from the colors on the wall because they don't match the colors on the register. This is false advertisement and it's been going on for quite a while now. And as much as I love to shop the volunteers I'm getting pretty fed up with it. So they do not get a high score from me but they are going to get a phone call again from me. I'm calling corporate headquarters for the second time they are in Alexandria, Virginia if anybody else has had this problem. Google it and you can get the phone number to make a complaint. The last time I called about this problem I got a $20 gift certificate. And if enough people call and complain about it don't get tired of giving out those $20 gift certificates and find out what the problem is and why the colors of the week aren't matching the colors at the register to receive our discounts. These are supposed to be non-profit organizations I seen a Maplewood bedroom outfit in there one time they wanted $1,000 for it it was donated to them. They should have done a raffle sold tickets and then draw the name people that can afford $1,000 bedroom outfits do not shop the volunteers unless they have a friend tell them hey you need to go out there and get that it's $1,000. So right now I am very aggravated with volunteers of America and the way they've been operating their store in Mansfield Ohio...
Read moreI'm responding to comments about Salvation Army prices. Did you know they still have to pay employees, their taxes, and overhead such as rental of their space and that those rentals can cost upwards of 6,000 a month with what they call a triple net fee where the landlords make them pay for the property tax and all repairs to the buildings. They also have programs that hire people who are disabled. They also have many other programs you are totally ignorant of. like FREE clothing to underprivileged persons, they have homes for Mothers with children addicted to drugs, they help the mothers get clean and help the babies too. There are many more programs they offer as well. I WILL DONATE TO SALVATION ARMY based on these issues, and the wonderful work they do in their communites. I also SHOP there knowing I am helping out many disadvantaged people by hiring them and providing services to disabled and homeless people. As a previous business owner it is extremely costly to pay all the expenses and wages and stay above board. the general public needs...

The store has a sewer smell to it . The shoe selection wow what a joke . Shoes with holes in them smashed down looks like the shoes sat in a basement or in the sun . I could not even find 1 pair of shoes that didn't have major issues holes stains or smell . I have a feeling this store sells it's better items somewhere else and not in the retail space. I will never stop back in here what a disappointment and I will also share my experience with my social network And/or...
