I have been a loyal Kroger customer for a number of years. I am never one to post reviews but was totally shocked by what happened yesterday! I took some foreign tenants that rent one of my houses that recently moved here and have good jobs to the service desk at the park avenue store Saturday night. The service was terrible. He was trying to send money home to his wife and children. The service desk told him that he was limited on the number of transactions. He went back on Sunday afternoon and the teller told him he needed a social security number to send money through RIA. I called RIA and they told me that was not true. I also called Kroger Customer Service abd they checked and told me that was also not true. When I asked for a manager they told us to leave and called the other Kroger stores and he was unable to send money back to his wife and children. RIA gave me Kroger's customer service number and I filed an investigation. If I was a store manager or owner of this business I would certainly want this stopped. Read moreI have been a Kroger customer for 40 yrs and was loyal to this store.I had even got there boost even though I hardly used it.But on Oct 10 I was diagnosed with pneumonia so I put in a $53.00 grocery order for delivery. The instacart shopper spend $181.99 on that shopping order and had their selves a feast at my expense. When I got my part of the order it was about $30 dollars of what I ordered the driver took the rest of the $181.99.When I told Kroger about it they reimbursed me $73. Dollars so I lost $81.99 plus paid for boost membership to be robbed by the shopper. Do not order boost they have no cap to the amount the shopper can spend and will not reimburse you all your money if the shopper robs you.How could they be allowed to spend $181.99 on a $53 order in the first place shame on Krogers for allowing this...
Read moreI have tried to tell store clerks and management about the refrigerators having mold in them and nothing will get done about it the refrigerators are disgusting with spoiled milk and mold on the racks and the window seals in the front entrance are disgusting as well with dust and dead bugs on them, the workers could be doing more but a lot of them do very little a lot of them be standing around talking amongst each other when there’s work to be done they act as if they don’t need extra staff to do the work that needs to be done but they do need extra workers for cleaning purposes the mold is a health hazard that needs to be addressed and the dust is also a problem but nobody in management seems to care about...
