My family, as well as myself have been using Millers for years! They have an impeccable reputation and quality merchandise. The level of service is ALWAYS above par! I have delt directly with the owners and can say that I’ll only go to Millers for all of my jewelry needs because of the level of expertise and service I get from them, every time I walk into the store.

If you’re going to complain about the price it costs to size a ring not purchased at Millers, don’t even try to size it there. (You’re given a quote before the work is even done, so there should be zero surprises with the final price) The experts at Millers will do what’s best to keep the intrigity of your rings with out compromising just to save you a buck up front. The worst thing is to size a ring, and then later diamonds fall out because you were a cheap skate. I'd not been a customer here until recently. I'd impossibly tangled a chain on my favorite necklace that wasn't very expensive and knew a chain would be more than it was worth so, with not much hope, went to Miller's. They made it beautiful and even put on a magnetic clasp to make my life easier! Recently, after taking some repairs in on my mother's stuff I had opportunities to talk with several of the staff and they were so friendly and helpful. Today I picked up my wedding ring that I hadn't been able to wear for at least a decade because I was told elsewhere that it couldn't be done. This is my grandma's antique wedding set from 1958. She passed it down to me when I got married in 2021. When I received them, both rings needed brought down several sizes and a new half shank put on the platinum diamond engagement ring. They did fabulous work and were such a blessing!!
