Will had good energy, very pleasant, as far as servers go! Adhered to all request was very kind, very quick.
Food; bread was cold, I usually love their caesar salads because their Caesar dressing is unique in that it’s peppered flavor etc, it was lacking this night & a few leaves were brown.
my date had the Sirloin and grilled shrimp, fully loaded potatoes w/ broccoli. He described the shrimp to be succulent and seasoned well… comes with a dipping sauce if needed. The steak was cooked correctly medium but had a weird leather looking grill mark at the top BUT steak was good. They didn’t eat the bread that the shrimp came on top off but I imagine it was also very seasoned.
I had the Queensland pasta- chicken breast was perfectly grilled and juicy, shrimp also seasoned well I added extra Alfredo sauce ima saucy lady! & red pepper flakes to spice it up. It would be delicious without all the extra fixings.
Our first round of drinks 1 was a frozen marg with an extra shot for $1, my date felt like it wasn’t consistently frozen all the way through, all the juice at the bottom and the ice at the top. Second round of drinks they got the same drink but on the rocks, they mentioned the 2nd drink was better. I had the strawberry kiwi Rita! As you can see one was more green the other more pink both tasted decently!
They were fairly busy for the timing we went which was late Sunday night, still good service for the crowd. We also ordered the kookaburra wings to go, pictured. Hot, seasoned...
Read moreOur waiter's name was Ralph. Lemme just say this.... Ralph was absolutely AMAZING!!! he was very kind and attentive, quick, and efficient. He was super funny, soft spoken and there was just this homey feeling to him- you know the one I'm talking about....that feeling like you've known someone forever. It was absolutely wonderful. ❤ The restaurant had just gotten a huge rush and they were slightly short staffed as a few servers had been let loose a little early as they had been relatively slow. And then the bane of all servers' existence everywhere, a huge late night rush occurred about an hour and a half before closing. Ralph was upfront and explained, so we were prepared for a bit of a wait. I could see everyone of the staff was pitching in and really helping each other out. I have to say that despite the little bit of a wait to get a table, and then for the food(although given the circumstances the food still came out in decent time!), this was probably one of the best experiences at outback. And we most definitelywill be requesting Ralph each time that we come back! . Ralph, thank you so very much for the great conversation and fabulous service. ❤ you are hands down one of the best and most hardworking waiters/staff members that I've experienced- and yes, I saw just about everything you were doing tonight....it was a lot! And you handled everything with such grace and professionalism.....well done sir, well done. We look forward to coming back to see our buddy, Ralph! Thank...
Read moreIf you’re looking for a nice night out listening to every employee complain about how miserable their lives are, then this is your ideal spot. The bartenders say less than children’s pull toys, unless they’re are gossiping to each other about guests. While waiting for our table at the bar we heard all about how they need evidence for their employee lawsuit, and how the host was crazy to think a server would take a 9 person table 30 minutes before closing. What we didn’t hear was any carbonation in the drink we ordered, but luckily we broke up the relentless gossip for an eye roll and replacement beverage. Once seated we were told our server was busy so the host (maybe the manager?)came over to take our order; she was very nice, however we never actually met our server during the entirety of our meal. Ordering was fun too! They informed me they were out of the item I ordered, but assured me it is delicious and I should try it another time. Then the salads came.. Six of us were sharing 2 forks and 2 knives, so I ate my Caesar salad with a steak knife; it’s fun because with every bite you’re not quite sure how things will go; this provided lots of laughs, and was a definite highlight in this home run of a dining experience. After the food came they asked if we needed anything else, I assume this question was more of a formality, because we didn’t get anything we asked for. All in all we laughed a lot, so I’ll throw a star in for that. Will probably come again, they have...
