Super disappointed in the way I was treated today. YOUR card reader messed up & STOLE my money as I was told “don’t worry it didn’t go through” & ended up paying for my purchase with a DIFFERENT card & leaving only to find that the initial transaction DID in fact go through meaning YOU took MY money without giving me ANYTHING. When I asked for my money back (as I already repurchased the items so no giving me product doesn’t make it right as I already paid for it AGAIN so I cannot afford to have to pay DOUBLE). Your shop REFUSED to rectify YOUR mistake & instead spoke to me condescendingly & speaking OVER me trying to explain the situation. YOU acknowledged that MY money was STOLEN yet are not only refusing to make it right but telling me “if you don’t like it take your business elsewhere” & to dispute it with my bank. What kind of business runs like this? YOUR machine ADMITTEDLY took my money yet you REFUSE to make that right? Products won’t make up for almost $100 out of my already small pockets as a disabled woman. I budgeted ONE purchase in for the MONTH & now I’m out that money & having to fight for it through my bank. I’ve never been treated so horribly by staff or been so fraudulently screwed out of money by a business I’ve patronized for YEARS. Makes me wonder if you are running scams on folks by how you...

Super-confused by the positive reviews of this shop.

Sure, the shop itself is nicely located for those of us living in the sticks. The inside is well-lit, clean and densely packed with various products, but these positive attributes are not reflected in the customer experience.

The first time I went in wasn’t bad, they didn’t have anything I wanted to buy priced on the shelf, so the employee (who mind you did nothing to assist me) guessed at the price of my items. Luckily, someone who appeared to be a manager or owner stepped in to prevent them from charging me four times the price for a $2 dollar purchase.

Since this first mediocre stop every subsequent visit has been less enjoyable. Even fewer products are priced on the shelf so you’re at the mercy of whatever the kid who won’t look up from his phone wants to charge. Only the manager or owner from my first visit has ever offered to assist me in any way while in the store. And apparently none of the employees have been trained on the pricing as I’ve ended up paying two massively different prices on the same item less than two weeks apart.

I wish I had a solid local smoke shop, but right now, this place isn’t it. I do hope they get some new staff and price everything clearly...

First time visiting. I gotta say the cleanest most vibrant smoke shop i have ever been too. A must say the employee had a great attitude with responsible duties. As i drove up he was sweeping the front outside entry, that made me think this place already earned 5 stars. Inside the shop also showed the cleanliness like ive never seen. Bright and clean. Every product was put in its place and every question answered more than expected from other shops.and product selection to the fullest vape juice i never new existed they had and smoking utensils they have some really nice things everything for everyones needs ( at least my needs but im sure yours also!!!
