Taco Bell — Restaurant in Marana

My favorite quick fast food place in Marana! They always get my order right and they always have great customer service!!! EDITED IM SHOCKED AT HOW BAD ITS GOTTEN!!!!!! This location it getting worse and worse with every visit. It is infuriating putting in a mobile order waiting over 30 mins for it to be made. Going to Tacobell expecting it to be a quick easy drive through hand off. They hand me slushie and pull me ahead which results in juice. Takes another 10 min for them to bring my food out and It IS COLD!?!?!?!?!? Why the hell would i be pulled ahead and handed cold food? I went inside to ask when my order was made. I sit inside for multiple minutes with out any help. I complained my food is cold and my slushie is totally melted. But "your order was just made" Clearly absolute no reason for me to be pulled ahead and then handed COLD FOOD. I paid over 20$ got cold gross food and a melted slushy? What the hell is going on here. MY ORDER NUMBER WAS #023394 I would absolutely love to be contacted regarding my most recent issues because I'm mind blown. I added images of my "Crispy Taco", my "5 layer" burrito, i believe what is supposed to be a "Grilled cheese Burrito" and a MELTED slushie. Practically my whole order. ⚠️Food Poisoning ⚠️ Me and my boyfriend ordered the cheesy double beef burritos we both ate them with some nachos For dinner. On Tuesday That night I started vomiting and had diarrhea. I was severely sick and weak could barely even move the whole day come Wednesday night my boyfriend proceeded to have the same symptoms if not worse vomiting through out the night diarrhea And he had a small fever like I did that previous day when it comes to food poisoning usually that’s how it can be. Please beware I tried calling and telling them about it, and all the girl on the phone could say was if there was anything they could do and I just told her probably check the food your serving in a kind manner, I probably should have asked for a manager but she was quick to tell me well have a nice day and hung up?! Which was insensitive after all the sickness we had been through didn’t offer me anything which is fine I just wanted her to let them know to check the food anyways beware if you want...

One of the worst experiences I have had in a Taco Bell. Let me start off with when some places an order online and the time to pick up is selected as as soon as possible this does not mean wait until they get there to prepare the food. The convienence of ordering online is that you don’t have to wait to order when you get there to then wait longer. An online order for 8 very simple menu items should never take 30 minutes for FAST food i don’t care how busy you are. To second that if you are busy the manager should be on that line with their workers ensuring that service is flowing smoothly, that’s your job as a manager. The girl at the counter during my transaction is sweet but needs to be retrained or not left alone any time you ask her a question she says uhhh and then proceeds to look around for help. I will wait quite a while before returning here again, if ever. Make improvements. Train and stay with your staff until they are ready...
