Why make an online order to avoid the wait if your employees don't start making it until the customer arrives to pick up in the drive thru?
Wife made an online order. I see they have a drive thru, tell her I'm gonna pick it up in the drive thru cuz I'm too tired to get out of the car. I get to the talk box/order station and tell them I'm picking up an online order. "Ok, we're gonna start making it now"
There's one person in front of me. They waved a few times at the window while I was behind them I'm assuming to get their attention. They get their food and leave about 5 minutes after I pulled behind them.
I was informed once I got to the window it was going to take a little longer, they were still making it. I have now typed this entire review up and watched 10 more walk in customers get served as well as 3 people through the drive thru leave passed me.
Over 15 minutes to put together a Large dr. Pepper and a big plate meal is unreal. It has been over 10 minutes since my wife got the text that the order was ready to be picked up. The service here is terrible. I have screenshots and timestamps to back it up. 4th person has now passed me in the drivethru online order.
My order was just right now brought out to me at 850 with a "sorry for the wait" with no other explanation.

Read moreThis location has only been open for a short while. My first mobile order was missing items when I called to complain. They put my name in a book to have those items replaced. They offered to replace the items that night but they were so busy I didn’t want to go back. The second time I placed an order I had my daughter pick it up. When we realized that something’s were missing I tried calling to complain again, but no one answered the phone. After multiple attempts I gave up. I asked my daughter if they were busy and she said that they were so dead all the employees seemed to be on a smoke break (only some employees were smoking, but all of them were hanging out together) at the same time. The lobby was locked since no one was inside. She had to wait for them to finish smoking till one of them unlocked the door for her to get the order. Panda express is one of our favorite places and we’ve never had an issue with our orders at other locations. Read moreHad a poor customer service interaction, the restaurant wasn't busy( 2:00pm) on a Thursday. The server took half of my order then turned away as I was speaking, to talk to an associate ( to discuss break time), then turned back and faced me, I then proceeded to finish placing my order. She then took the tray over to check out as I was inserting my card to pay and havent punched in my code she shoved the tray in my face and said here's your food take it. I took the tray and placed it on the table behind me then walked back to finish the transaction. This was just baffling because she claimed to be the manager.
