TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! After going in and buying a $32 vape. I instantly realize it's clogged and not packaged. I ask her for a new vape immediately. She kindly said sorry with a snitch Sound at the end. Then gave me a vape with a weird charging socket( again?No package no sticker or any notification that it's new), I ask her for charge, she said it would be extra fifteen dollars and SHE starts getting cranky. I reply that if she could just give me a HQD SO WE COULD LEAVE.( which are even cheaper) but she started getting cranky and argumentative even though I saw her vaping The merchandise before I walked in.. after telling her it's her fault and she should know her own merchandise. I had purchased my favorite flavor at the shop, I came in the next week and they were out, they told me to call later in the day, It should be there. I called later in the day they said call tomorrow, I went back-and-forth over the phone for about a week. I called yesterday and was told my favorite flavor was Discontinued and would no longer be for sale. It turns out that was a lie. The five times that I visited I left over $60 in tip(I work for tips for A living, I like to think it comes back tenfold) Not sure why they had to lie to me they; could’ve just said they didn’t plan on getting it in Stock in their shop anymore. I was in there this morning and I bought a couple vapes and they taste absolutely horrible and I’ve been asking for a while for certain product and they NEVER have it. I’ve been recommended a better smoke shop so I will no longer be doing business here. This place also has a high turnover rate.
