When COVID ruined our original wedding plans, we switched to a small backyard ceremony and dinner. I was on the hunt for a caterer so that our family could enjoy the evening and not “work”. I appreciated how attentive he was, responsive to emails, and willing to work with our budget. We booked Eastern Harvest Catering without even tasting the food! Bill catered our backyard wedding and I can’t say enough how great everything was. We had passed hors d’ourves and a buffet with salad, rolls, chicken, steak, roasted vegetables (AMAZING!!), and garlic mashed potatoes. We had a great experience with Eastern Harvest Catering for my daughter’s small wedding. Bill was super easy to work with and was able to make a menu to accommodate our mixed group of vegetarians and omnivores. He was also very gracious to allow for added meals days before the event. The food was delicious, the staff were friendly, and it was a great experience overall. I only wish I had asked to save the leftovers before they were tossed. I might even have them back for a one year...
