I was very disappointed after I was fitted for undergarments for a mother of the bride dress (I brought the dress in with me to Liz Seinfeld). I purchased 3 items and spent a little more than $300. It was expensive but I I trusted that the store clerks knew how to fit me properly. I then brought these items with me when I went to the tailor to hem the dress. The tailor explained that the undergarments that were sold to me were all wrong. I then went back to Liz Seinfeld to return one of the pieces that I simply cannot wear as it cuts me in the wrong place. None of the items have been worn yet and had only been tried on once in Liz Seinfeld and once with my tailor. The tags and receipt were intact. Liz Seinfeld would not take the item back. BEWARE as the store clerks do not know how to fit correctly and only want to sell you stuff. Now I am stuck with an expensive item that does not fit right and cuts me in the wrong place. Liz’s shop is incredible! I first found this place a few months ago and purchased the most amazing strapless bra (highly recommend)! Today is the day before my bachelorette party in Nashville and I could not find my bra anywhere. I quickly checked to see if the shop was open so I could grab another one. Unfortunately it was closed and I immediately panicked trying to find a alternate solution. I then decided to try and message the shop through Instagram and Liz responded so quickly, opened the shop tonight and had my size saved in the computer from my previous shopping experience there. SO happy I finally got myself fitted! As a 26 year old women, you think Victoria Secret has all the answers...they told me I was a B cup. Not comfortable, flattering or worth the money for how it washed. I met with Liz who fitted me and recommended a Marie Jo bra, a C! To me a C is HUGE but in reality it was so much more comfortable and worth it for something I am wearing every single day.
