The UPS Store — Local services in Marblehead

The owner has a very poor attitude and lacks any real customer service. The employees seem to take more pride in being decent people. The store was closed when it was suppose to be open. I patiently sat in my car and waited for it to open. The owner pulled up in the space next to me; parking in a way that blocked my ability to get out of my car. An honest mistake so I nicely made the situation known. She gets out her car comes around to see how much space I have then proceeds to go back to her car and gather her belongings. She then stated that I was over the white line and that she was late for work. In other words she was not moving!! I opened my door as much as I was able to and I could clearly see the white lines, therefore what she was stating was a lie. I was too parked between the lines. Instead of being a decent person and reacting to the situation appropriately by moving over a bit she took it to another level that it didn’t have to go to. After a good cussing out about her nasty attitude towards a situation that was meek she got in her car and moved. Had she not been so nasty about the situation I would have moved over since I was only going to be there temporarily. However, once she left I then left too and proceed to hr ex husbands ups store in Vinnin sq where I received exceptional customer service😊! I will not support her business and I would not recommend this location. Prior to this incident her attitude was questionable but because I’ve never directly encountered it I looked past it and still supported the business...

The absolute worst and most unprofessional store I have ever been . Jake escalated and was extremely inappropriate when all I was trying to do was box a large item To ship the other gentleman told me to go get the item after I came in without it first to show photos and figure out how to Properly box it up . He was screaming yelling not taking care of customers while I was quietly in the corner waiting. I’d give the store a 4 as I had a manager question the items I was shipping one time and it was a bit of a peculiar/poor experience, but my two encounters with Ky were nothing less than fantastic! She graciously helped me package and sort multiple items to ship while simultaneously helping others cash out. I was in a rush to race back to work, not her problem, but she took the initiative to help me get my stuff shipped and back in time to start my workday. Great customer experience and very...
