Casa Corona — Restaurant in Marblehead

My earlier review was from almost a year ago, and I have been back several times since. Just again last Sunday for Father's Day. Same experience. The place is authentic and the food and service is excellent. I am so glad that each time I return, my experience is terrific. I commend them for the consistent level of service and great food and drink. I wish you great future and success.

Just came from there. The service is outstanding. We had margaritas and some nachos at the bar. Service was prompt, the wait staff very kind and attentive. This is a real hidden gem. We go there occasionally now for drinks at the bar and are always pleased with the quality of the food and the service and this time was an exceptional visit. Don't change a thing. The feel is very authentic and the staff works very hard to serve the dining room, bar and take out demands. As we all return to going out it really feels like they are working hard to earn your business and I applaud them. Mexican food or drinks, you can't go...

First time ordering food here. Portions are HUGE! We got 2 espresso burritos.(BOGO free on Uber eats) They're flavorful, but the pork was tough and chewy (reason for 4 stars) food was cold, but I did UberEATS so that's not the restaurants fault.

They followed my instructions (hubby hates onions and guacamole) and they put it in a separate container so I used it for the complimentary nachos they give you. Which were also good.

We also got the Enchiladas de Mole Poblano (also BOGO free on Uber eats). We didn't expect such huge portions and since we both have the day off from work figured we would try these as well. I tried a bite and they were filled with flavorful, shredded chicken. SO GOOD! There's so much food we have plenty leftover to bring to work tomorrow for lunch. We definitely will order again!!

Two stars for the people working with no direction, lack of manager. Food was awful which is sad because this was the second time I’ve been here. The mole sauce was good but I think I got a few ounces of chicken in the sea mole sauce. The chicken was over cooked, their better off to serve thighs instead of strips of dried chicken. The refried beans were bad, I don’t mean bad tasting but bad like spoiled. The rice was good though and the tortillas. The first time I came here I would have given it four stars but sadly I don’t think it’s a lack of personnel that’s hit this place but rather management or lack of anybody caring to run it. I gave it two stars because of the staff that’s trying their best with what they have and it shows on there faces....
