went here in early 2023 because my pc’s power supply broke at the time. All I needed was my pc to turn on. Guy said he wouldn’t take my pc and fix it without my password. I was skeptical and asked questions since he didn’t need my password— I just needed my pc to turn on. he was stingy and a little rude (maybe because I was young) and wouldn’t explain why he needed my password. I was desperate, so, reluctantly I give him my password. when I get my pc back a few days later, hundreds of videos of clips from games I have from my childhood on my pc were deleted. Didn’t care too much at the time because I thought they were recoverable, but they aren’t. Completely wiped off my pc. years of memories are gone on that computer. He was clearly instructed not to do anything to my computer except fix the power supply, yet he went out of his way to delete files. I had a cpu with bent prongs and had called around, but nobody was willing to help, until i called here. Adam was able to bend the prongs back to straight with very high percision and i had a really positive experience talking to them there. Everyone was really nice and it was great to have some positivity in my personal crisis. Unfortunately i had other errors with my system and still have to get the parts replaced. But because the cpu is in such better condition i should be able to see if the manufacturer will be willing to take it back. Anyways these guys are great and i highly...
