My parents recently had a kitchen remodel with all new floors designed and completed by Larkin Barnett and his team in Marco Island. From start to finish, Island Kitchen and Baths was fantastic! My parents have a lot of experience with home kitchen designs, flooring etc. over the years and this experience was hands down the best experience they had with any designer and company. From the beginning of the process, Larkin was extremely consultative in his approach. He met with my parents frequently at his office and at their condo. He exceeded their expectations with his ideas for design and had the ability to incorporate any idea which they wanted into his plans. He always made it happen but also advised if it was not possible. Their kitchen is absolutely stunning with colorful two toned white and blue cabinets, gorgeous quartz countertops, stainless steel Wolf appliances with beautiful hardwood floors. The attention to detail to the custom cabinetry designed by Larkin is outstanding. He truly went above and beyond when designing. In addition, his team opened up a wall creating beautiful open space and adding a lot of lighting. The kitchen truly looks like it belongs in a magazine! Absolutely beautiful! Larkin was extremely responsive and always made himself available. He does not hire outside contractors and has his own staff for nearly everything. Every single person was excellent, extremely neat and timely. My parents were extremely satisfied with the quality of work. Nothing was ever a problem to the entire staff. They went above and beyond to get the kitchen and floors completed. If any delays or issues did arise, Larkin was on it immediately and resolved quickly. I first met Larkin and his IKB team when they totally remodeled a condo that I owned in Marco Island. All the work was top-drawer, they opened up the floor plan, and they transformed and modernized the master bath by incorporating some of the space from master closet. I then hired them to do all the flooring (including travertine), tile work and cabinetry in the new 8,000 square ft home that I built in Marco upon retirement . The outcome was again exquisite and unique . All aspects of the work draw compliments from visitors , but especially the lanai wet-bar and the custom living room marble fireplace / drop-down TV. We went to IKB for a shower install. Mr Barnett was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He anticipated our needs and suggested a design that will provide us with usefulness for the future. The shower is simply gorgeous

The team who worked with us was professional and highly skilled. They are polite and very, very good. The entire remodel was absolutely seamless!
