We are very pleased with our decision to hire Marco Island Furniture & Design to construct our outdoor kitchen! After interviewing several other companies, our meeting with Richard at MIF&D was a breath of fresh air. He was very professional and polite, treated us with respect, answered all of our questions and worked very hard on our project. He has excellent attention to detail and was very skilled in the construction of our kitchen. He always kept the work area meticulous and never left behind any debris. We experienced a few delays along the way, but they were not caused by Richard. And as the delays occurred, Richard was on top of the situation and did all he could to see our project finished as quickly as possible and to our complete satisfaction. Richard was always super responsive to our calls. It really was a pleasure working with Richard on our project and we wish our other home projects were as pleasant as this one. We highly recommend...

We tried Marco Island Furniture for a few additional solar/roller window shades a few months ago. Jimmy Roes was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable to work with in selecting the materials we desired. After carefully measuring, the installation was flawless and the quality of the shades are excellent. Subsequent to this installation, we broke the cord on a panel installed by another vendor a year earlier. Jimmy was willing to rebuild this shade for us even though he had no obligation to. He spent considerable time with two house visits and rebuilding of the mechanism in the shop. The fee was very reasonable for the time he spent and saved me the time trying to get service from a box store where the original purchase was made. I will return to this store for any additional products and really appreciated this small town...

We purchased a mattress from here in 2023 and we were not happy with it after about 6 months in seemed to be dipping and we really wanted to be happy with it but it has been disappointing. We went back and spoke with one of the owners who told me to send pictures of the mattress and he would get back to me but never did. It really seems after the “sale” they don’t want to be bothered although they advertise unlimited comfort exchanges. It’s been over 2 years now and we were even going to purchase blinds but decided against it because they don’t stand behind...
