Bella Floral — Local services in Marco Island

Ordered a certain floral arrangement through Teleflora and they had Bella florist fill order and deliver it. It was last week and was excited for my Aunt to get it as arrangement had a lot of Christmas greenery and a mug they could use after flowers died. It was delivered a day late, which was fine but I was shocked when my Aunt thanked me for it and sent a picture. It was embarrassing. Was NOTHING even close to what I ordered. It was worth about $15 instead of the $60 I paid for. None of the flowers, mug, ornaments, pine cones and greenery were in it. Bait and switch. I would recommend never using them. They should have notified myself or Teleflora if they could not even come close to fulfilling the order I purchased. Illegal and not good business. I sent pictures to Teleflora and thankfully they reimbursed some of the money, but I told them they should not be doing business with a florist that pulls this and can't fulfill the order or notify the buyer to let them know. Buyer beware if using Bella. Lesson learned from my end. I order flowers all the time for family out of state and never had this happen.

Update....called my aunt and they said that they have NOT gotten a replacement arrangement as the owner stated and how they were elated. Either this is lie to cover up bait and switch or it was delivered to the wrong person/address. Please don't print lies. No reason for it. Again lesson learned and extremely unprofessional business acts. Unfortunately could not upload pictures of what I ordered and what was sent, so put pictures on yelp. Never before have I posted a bad review, but this was so wrong and unprofessional, I had to.

If I could rate this business zero stars I would. I ordered an arrangement to be delivered to my mom ON Mother’s Day. I paid extra for a “deluxe” arrangement. My mom received the arrangement two days earlier than Mother’s Day. The arrangement was NOT what I ordered and did not include any of the flowers in the description.

I called and talked to Deb who said there was a “mix up” and they would make my ordered arrangement and deliver it next day. I asked for arrangement to be delivered ON Mother’s Day which they said they would do. They also said they were going to ask my mom for the wrong arrangement back. I asked them to PLZ not do that because it is very odd to knock on someone’s door and ask for flowers back after they’ve had them for two days.

Well Denise calls my mom ON Mother’s Day and explains how we’re unhappy with the arrangement so they are coming to take it back and deliver a new one. I could not believe how this mix up was being handled. I called to talk to the owner Denise to explain how this was not handled the way I was told it was going to be, and instead I got yelled at and hung up on. Denise yelled at me how there is a National shortage of flowers and that it is on the news and how they needed the old arrangement back and THEN HUNG UP ON ME. SO unprofessional & so rude!!! Bella Florals by Theresa violated our wedding contract, brought the wrong flowers and the incorrect colors of flowers to our wedding. Dying, wilted, brown, flowers were brought to our wedding. The delivery team was late and dropped off flowers into our room and left, never allowing the inspection clause that was listed in our contract. I contacted the owner the day of the wedding and asked why we did not receive the flowers we agreed upon in our paying contract and she only argued with me about the colors of the flowers stating the pink flowers we received were coral flowers; the contract stated orange/coral flowers. I called and emailed the owner and was told she could not speak to me all week by her assistant. I tried numerous times to get in contact and the owner would not return calls/emails as to discuss violation of our contract. The owner is threatening a lawsuit for negative, truthful reviews instead of contacting me back and addressing the problem at hand.

Bella florals by Theresa brought flowers that were wilted and not the color we paid for in the contract. Owner was argumentative when I called to ask why we did not receive what we purchased. Bella Florals violated our contract for thousands of dollars and the owner will not return phone calls or emails to discuss violation...
