Coral Landings III — Local services in Margate

Visited the Champs footwear store in this shopping mall to pick up a pair of shoes that were not available at another location in the size needed. Upon arrival I show my receipt w my order number, confirmation of purchase and informed the store rep that they should’ve received a call from their other store to have the shoes set aside for purchased/pick up. The rep then informs us that they never received the call and do not even have the shoes in the size needed available. Having paid for the shoes, and having driven further than we would have liked understandably we were not happy w this response. Manager, Luis apologetically stepped in and invited us to look around for an alternate shoe, telling us about the top shoes unique highlights and when we found a few, assisted w sizes and ultimately ensured we left w a good product at a great price. We took a family from Philadelphia to Coral Landings for dinner at Mac's Grille. I had the taco salad with steak. The salad was really fresh with avocado and sour cream. It all came in a fried taco bowl. Five other people ordered food at our table, but I think only one person could finish. Four people had salads and one had chicken.
