Starbucks — Restaurant in Coral Springs

I stopped by this Starbucks on my way home from work today 12/27 at 6:26pm. I went through the drive through to order a dragon drink. However, the partner that was working the window kept saying “a mango dragon fruit refresher” I corrected her 2 times by saying the Dragon drink with coconut milk. As I pulled up to the window the Starbucks partner was a heavy set girl in her early 20s with glasses, she had my drink ready after I have paid. The drink in the picture on the right is where the coconut milk is floating around in the drink 🤢 when the drink is made like that it up sets your stomach! I informed the girl that was at the window tonight to remake my drink because it does not look right and asked her to make another one. She proceeded to ask the barista I believe her name is Kate or cat to come to the window to explain that she made my drink right WITH AN ATTITUDE! The girl who was at the window proceeded to correct me stating “The drink is made correctly it just because of the extra dragon fruits inclusions”. After I explained to her my fiancé is a ex store manager/ partner and the coconut milk needed to be shaken before poured into the shaker. She proceeded to say the same thing again. After I explained to her the drink needs to Look smooth and I don’t want to go home with a tummy ache she proceeded to roll her eyes and pass the drink ( on the Left in the picture to me) an say Happy New Years sarcastically! After going back and forth a couple times. This was not a nice customer experience today! She made me feel bad for wanting a drink that is made correct...

The staff here takes it very personal when they mess up your order and you ask for it to be corrected. 2nd time this week. First time when my drink was made wrong I asked for it to be remade , once it was handed to me she was so pissed, that when I said Thank you she didn’t even acknowledge. Second time today at drive thru , the guy barista took my order I paid him, a girl then came to the window (blonde hair blue eyes) handing me the credit card device to pay again. I said I paid already. She quoted off a completely different order, I told her it wasn’t mine, she asked me what did I order. Once I told her, she sat the drinks on the counter of the drive through , my dragon fruit refresher with lemonade was lite pink. I asked why does it look this color ? She proceeds to say because it has lemonade and no ice. Luckily this was my second order for the day I held my cup and said well this was the same thing. With an attitude she goes, Ile have them reshake it. No apology, nothing. It comes back still sloppily made,handed me a straw for the other drink literally stuck her hand out the window with the straw , kept her head looking at the register, but whatever I took the L. I won’t patronize this Starbucks again . Lesson learnt. Granted they were busy, but customer service goes a long way especially when the courtesy is extended from the customer. Update: Years later, I’m not sure what’s going on, but for some reason, people can’t figure out that a hot cup of coffee should probably have a sleeve on it and now you have to ask every time for a sleeve for your hot coffee that you’re about to take out to your car!?!?!? The stoppers must not even exist anymore! Or maybe you have to be a real unicorn to get one? Don’t get burned or make a spill in your car! I even tipped! So tips don’t make people more thoughtful….Maybe just a little bit of brain power would be great!!!! BUT the coffee still tastes great at least!

Best Starbucks ever!!! this is the only one I will go to! It doesn’t matter where I am in Broward county, it is worth the wait to drive to this specific location. I seriously stop here every single morning for coffee. It is always amazing! the baristas are always nice and very helpful; especially, when I mess up my own order. They fix it right away with smiling faces. The drinks are made perfectly every time I order. The best part of my morning routine is coming to this specific Starbucks for the best coffee and staff. Even more they have inspirational post-it’s that always bring a smile to my morning. To the best...
