Harbor Freight — Local services in Marianna

Today I was with my Mama spending the day with her. We went shopping in Marianna. We noticed that the new Harbor Freight store was open and Mama wanted to go in and look around. She was looking for a Birthday gift and a tester to test her outlets. We couldn't find any so I went looking for someone to help. I was very aware that the store was busy due to it just opening. There was an associate up front talking to a gentleman and I was close enough to hear they was just chit chatting. The associate looked toward me and nodded his head while raising up his hand in a just a minute gesture. Another gentleman came in and went down another aisle. I continued to wait till the associate and first man stopped talking. The first man moved away and the associate looked at me and said "Do you need help?" I told him I did. He then looked at the second gentleman that had come over another aisle and asked him if he needed help. He said he did too. The associate then looked me in the face and said "Ma'am i will be with you as soon as I help him." Needless to say I saw RED. He went and helped the man and i told Mama let's go. She went to pay for the one thing she had found. This associate then had the audacity to come to the register and ask me if i still needed help. I think there is now a wanted poster of me in the place. I was so offended. He treated me like nothing. I have never felt like that before in my life. Like I was less than a man. He then told me to my face that the man needed help too. We walked out of the store and will never go back. Women know about tools to sir. I hope you don't talk down to your Mother or wife like you did me...

I went to the Marianna,Florida Harbor Feight last week to purchase a leaf blower. No one was in the leaf blower isle so I went up front to get some help The store manager offered to help me and followed me back to the leaf blower isle. Another person was there and rudely interrupted and cut me off. The store manager ignored me then helped them first even though I was the customer who went up front to ask for help The other customer had a myriad of questions and this went on for at least 5 mins while I waited.

Remember I was the customer who went up front to get help and the manager should had made the other people wait for their turn. I go to Harbor Freight often. I will no longer go to the Marianna Harbor Freight after experiencing this insulting behavior from the Store Manager.

I purchased a leaf blower...

The female manager is very rude and didn’t listen to the problem we had with the paint sprayer we bought. She charged us a $54 restocking fee because “The box was open.” We bought the paint sprayer to paint our house and the gun blew apart and paint went everywhere after only painting 2 walls. The equipment was faulty and when we purchased the item the box was damaged. The cashiers were nice and patient, but that manager needs to find her a new job because she is going to ruin that business. As for me and my family we will not be back and I will tell...
