I recently had to go to T-Mobile to get some information on my new phone. I had the absolute pleasure of being able to deal with Tyler Rambosk. I have dealt with many phone representatives over the years, but Tyler is hands down the best and most knowledgeable person I have ever worked with. I am not very tech savvy but Tyler made everything so simple and easy to understand. Tyler is not the guy to just fly through it so you have no idea what he did. He explains everything and teaches you. But if you are tech savvy he is the best guy to get you right back out the door in less than 30 minutes. I will say the entire staff is phenomenal and very knowledgeable. But if you need the best, Tyler Rambosk is the one to see.
