In regards to your response that is not true your salesperson did not recommend anything else and we made very clear that we live around dirt roads. The cart is extremely loud she told us that would go away once we started driving it it hasn’t a year later the window up front is of poor quality. She also told us the crossfire is a utv/ golf cart and was a scale higher than just golf carts. We asked to test drive it and were told that was not allowed we now know why! We had an electric golf cart previously to this and honestly it functioned much better and was better built and went as fast.
We bought a side by side here. Very disappointed in it! The window continues to slide off and they act like they don’t know why or what else to do to it it’s flimsy material to start with. We were clear when we looked that we live in dirt roads and in the country and wanted something to ride around in dirt roads they acted like it was fine for that once we purchased we complained that the way the muffler points to the ground it blows everything up and you’re covered in dirt or anything that blows up. You literally cannot ride on the back seat because you will be covered in dirt, grass even if you ride on asphalt you could get hit with pebbles or rocks. To me that’s a safety issue and they say they can’t fix that but know tell us these are not made for dirt roads. Ridiculous!!! We’ve had it for a year now and honestly haven’t been able to ride as much as we’d like the battery has died with very few miles on the cart. Would not have purchased if we could have test drove or known of these issues and wish they would have told us they’re not made for dirt roads when we shopped with them and told them that’s what we...
Read moreI never do reviews because I had never had to worst experience like this. The main issue is that they sell bikes that are bunch of trash.. I bought a min bike in 10 days after the chain broke got that fixed then 2days after that the pull string broke so the bike won't turn on. I took it back and they blame the issue on us. Saying we were dumb and had the switch off. It unbelievable the mini bike is a piece of trash. It got us 1000 and we can't even use it 15 days after we bought it. The didn't want to fix it even is still in warranty. So they say is under warranty but blaming the customer for the issue. They wanted to charge us 75 dollar to fix it . I was not going to give them one more penny. I don't mind paying when I know it was our fault but not when I know for sure that it is a bike issues.. My brother also bought a dirt bike from them like 2 days later and he is already having issues with the bike. I'm planning sueing them so if anyone else is have the same problem just message me. Also the lady that looks Asian she is rudeles and she made the technician take the parts apart even though they had fixed bc they fixed it before letting me know that they were going to charge me 75 dollar. Please stay away from that place. You are going to regret it. If you read this review Outdoor Sports make your self more understanding of your customers not just take their money a wash your hands after you have them hooked with the purchase. Please don't promise warranty if you are not going to take responsibilities. Also I just learned from husband that after they fixed and took it apart again they left it worst on purpose bc I didn't what to pay for the repairs that is under warranty. So sad in your part...
Read moreNot very good repair department. Brought my Coleman 400 side by side in to have the shifter adjusted, apparently a common problem with this side by side. After I got it back, I had surgery on my rotator cuff so couldn't use it for a couple months, I used it for about 10 miles and it started popping out of gear again! I returned it to be fixed, and when I got it back the repair guy told me that the last person had not tightened the lock nut and that's why it came back out of adjustment! I was still charged for the repair. While picking it up, it acted for a moment like it was going to pop out of gear but didn't. Over the next couple of weeks it rattled a lot and would pop out of gear for a second but then go right back in and work fine after that. I called up to tell them that I might have a problem because it it's possible that they didn't get it to the correct adjustment and that a lot of the screws that they took out of the panels to get to the cable were not put back! They told me if it wasn't a problem in the first 30 days I would have to pay again to have it fixed. I pointed out that they did not tighten the lock nut last time and this time they left most of my screws out. I asked if that it started to be a problem later would they fix it for free since they had done shoddy work before. Instead, they just got upset with me told me to bring it in now and they would fix it for free, I told him there's not a problem now but maybe later, and they said don't come here anymore trouble maker!! I looked it up on YouTube, and it's a easy fix, so I guess I won't be...
