I stopped in a few times now and the store is nicely set up with a decent variety of items. Staff is friendly and willing to chit-chat with you.

BUT

This is just another local shop in our small town of Maricopa price gouging. They have a small supply of ammo and, like everywhere else, they are limiting sales. These are the highest prices I have seen. I was hoping the price on ammo would be better or at least competitive. I’d rather wait in line at Big 5 a few stores down on Tuesday morning to get rounds.

Gun prices on the other hand are not inflated. You can find better prices in Phoenix of course, Where Minutemen wins is in the transfer fee. We shall see how long the $15 fee sticks around. The nice shop and friendly staff aren’t enough to get me to see past these ammo prices. I live so close and they are on my route to work. That’s too bad, I would have been a great customer. I guess I still have the online purchase with the transfer option.
