Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Maricopa

Horrible customer service. I tried to place my order online and it wasn't working so I called the store. The calls are outsourced so I wasn't speaking with someone directly at the store. I placed my order and went to pick it up. The lady at the front register asked my first name and then told me she couldn't my order. I then tell her what I ordered and I showed her the phone number I called and asked her if it was the number for the store and her reply was.. " I don't know the number sorry" (Not let me find out just no effort whatsoever) I asked do the calls come to the store and she says no a call center. I didn't feel like dealing with any hassle so I just said okay I'm just gonna check if my card was charged. I step out the store and see that I do have a charge so I go back into the store and tell her that I was charged she asked for my name again and said "I can't find an order". I told her that's fine I just want my money back. She shrugs her shoulders and says "There is no order so there is nothing I can do." I tell her that makes no sense and asked for the manager. The manager then comes over and asked her if she asked for any other information. I ask him if the number I called was the stores phone number and he looks in his phone and says yes. I then tell him what I ordered and he looks on the rack and finds it immediately. The order was put under my last name.

I really don't care much about the pizza it was the horrible customer service from the girl at the register that I didn't appreciate. No effort, rude...

I Did a pickup order for this location on the app, when I arrived the older lady at the front counter was busy talking with another employee, I wasn’t acknowledged or greeted. The employee then stepped around the counter in front of me and placed a plan ahead order for himself, again still wasn’t acknowledged or greeted by either worker.. another employee walked around from the back and let me know I would be helped in a few minutes. Once I was finally helped, myself or the worker couldn’t hear each other over the loud music playing. I was handed my pizza with an attitude, & I had to ask for napkins and peppers. Got home and my pizza was cold to the touch like if it was sitting for a long time, the cheese had already hardened (I only live a few minutes away from the location) I tried to call the store and let them know which I’m guessing it was the same lady with the attitude that answered the phone, she stated “idk we make your food to order, we don’t have any issues here” so after a few minutes on the phone with her not even acknowledging my issue I threw my pizza in the microwave and called it a night.. this was only my 2nd visit to this location and my first one was 5star but after this incident I doubt I...

Will not be returning they dont answer thier phone hangs right up on you when you call to speak to store manager or on a previous order....... so i ordered thin crust half pepperoni half cheese.... I literally get half with no cheese and sauce and pepperoni only.... I have ordered pizza from every pizza place and never recieved pizza like this I have been asked so you want cheese on the pepperoni side as well correct.... which I answered of course. Than I asked if the buffalo poppers came with the sauce on it or on the side because I didn't want it on the poppers..... it came covered in sauce snd instead of an extra rance that I paid for came an extra buffalo sauce than when I called it just hangs up over and over I asked for the store manager number and it just is a busy tone...... now I have food that my kids barley picked at while I was trying to get ahold of someone otherwise I would be walking it back into the store and demanding a refund now looking for other things...
