The late night staff is kind of a joke at this particular location. I'm not sure what their Vendetta is against Rideshare drivers but both leads are kind of cocky and outspoken for no reason and it's almost as if they enjoy making life more difficult. They've always got something Petty to say to you and it's ridiculous because if you just have the order ready we wouldn't even need to have any dialogue. To sit there and listen to an automated computer speak to your drive-thru customers and then leave them hanging with no response or greeting from an actual person just rubs me the wrong way I'm not sure what they're trying to accomplish but when I pull up to the drive-thru for an Uber order they just tell me to pull up to the window anyways so for what reason must you be aggressive and rude? One minute we're leaving the side door open late so that the Rideshare drivers can come in and grab their orders and be on their way, this makes sense so much sense that we must change it lol fast food restaurants are not doing any justice making a Rideshare driver whose order should already be done and completed take up a spot in the Drive-Thru line this makes no sense at all the next minute we're supposed to sit here and speak to some automated speaker and wait for somebody to decide its time for them to greet us. It's crazy because the location across town has no drama. This particular location really isn't all that busy everything's automated they just dont care. You're going to tell me something about talking to your automated speaker box well there's nobody in line the store is slow and I've got a pull to the front of the store and wait 10 minutes for you to complete a five item order but you got time to give me attitude over talking into your little robot speaker box đ at the end of the day it's just a weird Power Trip people are going to have a hard time getting food late night from this location there's not very many drivers to begin with and I'm done with this location all together. They've always got something really dumb and Petty to correct you on but the orders are never ready and you always...
Read moreI ate at the Taco Bell located at 42080 W Maricopa-Casa Grande Highway in Maricopa, Arizona on a Wednesday afternoon around 12:30 p.m. I was surprised at how few customers were present during what is traditionally a lunch rush. I was also surprised to see no cash registers but instead there were four self-service kiosks. Studies have found that self-serve kiosks in restaurants are often contaminated with fecal bacteria as well as Staphylococcus, Listeria, Klebsiella, Proteus and Enterobacter, so I truly prefer not to use them. A couple seconds later, an employee approached the counter and I asked him about the lack of registers. He pointed to a small partition and said he could take my order there. I looked at the screens on the wall behind the counter, but they were being used for advertising instead of displaying menu items and prices. I asked him if they still have the Taco Supreme combo and how much it costs. Thatâs what I ordered and the total was $11.62. He handed me my receipt and a cup which I took to the self-serve beverage station. I added ice to my cup and pressed the button to dispense Pepsi Zero Sugar. I was again surprised when I tasted the drink and it was definitely not Pepsi Zero Sugar. It could have been Diet Pepsi but Iâm not sure. A couple minutes later, my name was called and I retrieved my Taco Supremes from the counter. The food was warm and up to the standards one should expect from Taco Bell (for what itâs worth). One of the three taco shells was severely cracked, but like I said, the standards one would expect. The employee who took my order was great (the receipt said Gary), but this self-serve ordering format...
Read moreThis is a new location, so I thought it would be a great experience. I was wrong! The team members are rude and act like we are an inconvenience for them. I spoke to a manager Andrew, he was worse than the team members. I was trying to order food through the drive-thru, the team member kept rushing me and was impatient. This caused problems. My food was ordered wrong and made wrong. I called to speak to the manager. He said his name was Andrew. While I was trying to tell him what was wrong, he kept cutting me off and wouldnât let me even tell him what was wrong! He didnât even offer to fix my food. He said come back tomorrow. I truly felt like he didnât want to be bothered and just wanted to pass me off to someone else. I had to ask to get my food remade. I drove back to the store, it took OVER 20 MINUTES to get my food remade. Also, he stated he KNEW that my supreme tacos were made correctly so he wouldnât replace them. Which in turn left me with incorrect, soggy, falling apart tacos. 2 out of the 4 didnât even have sour cream. One of the tacos that were remade was just pieces of taco shells, it wasnât even a taco! I will NEVER go to this location again! I will make the extra 5 - 7 minute drive to the location on John Wayne Parkway. Go there for amazing service, great staff and correctly made...
