I recently visited my favorite donut chain in Arizona, Bosa Donuts, and once again, it did not disappoint. This particular location is exceptionally clean, and the staff is both friendly and efficient, ensuring fast service even during busy times.
The variety of offerings is impressive, ranging from donuts and muffins to fresh-made sandwiches, smoothies, and tea. Our personal favorites include the apple, glazed, custard-filled, strawberry sprinkle, and raspberry-filled donuts, each one perfectly made and delicious. My wife is especially fond of their cream cheese muffin, which she says is the best she’s ever had.
While this location has a lot to offer, it was a bit disappointing that they don't have the straddles Danish available, which other Bosa Donuts locations do carry. Despite this minor setback, the overall experience was fantastic. The quality of the food and the excellent service make this a go-to spot for us whenever we’re in the mood for a treat.
Highly recommend this Bosa Donuts location for anyone looking for great donuts and a...
Read moreIf you want to be have terrible customer service, poor attention to you your order, belittled and laughed out loud at, or accused of not paying for an order while waiting at the side by an angry counter person this is the place for you. They push their tip screen in your face and expect one when they provide terrible customer service and don't know how to listen to listen or even act like they care. We tried to order a drink and the person who was taking orders started laughing out loud and wouldn't speak to us, still laughing when pulled up to the window. Drink order was wrong, they stuffed o whole load of ice into the Drink, when we had asked at least four times light ice. We went inside a couple of weeks ago to order and were accused of not paying by an angry worker and her Co worker, Good thing we asked for the receipt when we ordered or else they acted like they would have kept it. Others we know have been treated like nothings here too. Bosa needs to have better training and better employees who care about return customers. My wife...
Read moreUpdate after response from bosa donuts below claiming the prices are not higher:
I don’t like to be gaslit especially by a chain business. Seeing as they don’t have an updated menu online I decided to look at door dash menu. The $22.99 price for a dozen donuts is sitting right there. Have your employees take a photo of their menu for you to see for yourself and fix the mistake before I go down there and update my review with a photo of my own.
The prices went up at $23 a dozen. Only at this location though. Look up the current menu at other locations in town to see the same $17 a dozen price. I’ll save the extra $6 and grab my donuts in chandler after my doctors appointments. Not like I need to eat donuts regularly anyway.
The buttermilk bars are smaller by 1/3 of the size as well in comparison to when I purchased from this exact location when they first opened. Looks like another business trying to use the...
