There has apparently been distinct and untoward changes at this business. Apparently the father, Skip, sold or bequeathed the business to his son Brandon. Wrong move!! The new owner, Brandon is rarely there. He doesn't return phone calls or answer text messages. I recently had some work done on my MGB (that is I hope it was done). The technician seemed capable . On the invoice the technician had over charged me by about $300 dollars. Brandon dutifully made the changes but surprisingly hadn't even reviewed the invoice prior to my arrival. And I had to wait about 30 minutes for Brandon to even show up

I also had them put on a new set of tires. A couple days later one of them was flat (probably a leak where the tire didn't adhere to the rim.) When calling Brandon to fix the problem, of course I got his voice mail. My message was not returned. A text message to him was not acknowledged. I will probably have the tire fixed at a tire repair place down the road, eating the cost. I don't see how this business can survive knowing these. The business doesn't even deserve the one star. And the father doesn't seem to care...
