4 days after buying the car the engine goes out and has to be replaced along with several sensors. Behroz Ravandy Refuses to take any responsibility for selling me a damaged car or paying what is now an $8000 repair. Warning lights and codes had been reset so nothing came up on test drive until major issue arose.

I purchased a 2008 Tahoe LTZ from Behroz Ravandy at B Auto Help 10 days ago. I test drove the Tahoe and it drove fine but I was not able to get the remote start to work and Behroz said he did not know how to operate it and I would have to look it up.

He delivered the car to me, used my restroom and left. I did not drive the car for a day after he dropped off. I read up on the remote start and learned that it was not a matter of knowing how to use it it has been deactivated as well as a few other electrical features.

I activated it and the others only to learn they did not work. I then drove the car until the check engine light came on as well as the traction control service and the car would not idle or run properly.

I called Behroz and told him about the problem and asked what to do since I just purchase it from him. His only comment was it was fine when you test drove it and he hoped it was not a serious issue. Not what I would have expected from a reputable business owner to say especially since I had only had the car for a few days.

I took to the mechanic and they checked codes to learn the #6 cylinder was misfiring and other warning codes came up. They changed out the plugs and that did not help. I took to the most reputable mechanic in Roswell. They checked all electrical then had to take the engine apart to find the there was major problems with the camshaft, cylinder, lifter, cycloid and all surrounding engine was worn down and the only solution was to replace the entire engine!. They also noted that someone had gone in and cleared the codes for the brake sensor and other issues that were problematic with the car prior to me buying it.

The mechanic confirmed that the vehicle was broken when I purchased it only the problem did not appear until I drove it for a couple of days. I called Behroz to let him know that the vehicle was damaged when he dropped it off and what was wrong and offered to let him speak with the mechanic. He told me he did not want to speak with the mechanic. I asked him to pay to fix the damages since it was broken when I purchased. He told me that it was fine when he sold it to me and he was not going to help with the cost of repairs.

When I looked at the car he told me several times that his mechanic had checked it out and everything was fine with it. This could not have been true or his mechanic was in on covering up the issues.

Please beware. If you have also had an issue please let me know. This $12,900 purchase is now a $20,900 and growing as they continue to dig into the issues.

No repeatable dealer would have sold a car in this condition or not agreed to either refund my money or pay to fix the problem.

The bank that financed the car said they will Never finance another car for the dealer.

I have written the BBB and contacting the Gov office due to the fraud and him...

This was absolutely the best experience in car buying my family and I have had. We were in communication with them for weeks concerning finding the right car. He kept his word with personally keeping contact with us when he had new inventory. I must say he sell them fast so when you see what want move quick..lol The dealership completely understood my family situation and the need for a car, He removed dealer fees and any other fee those big car lots try to charge you with. Our credit is not the best not even close to it, but he worked hard and long talking to bank(s) to get us financed to rebuild our credit history. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who is in need for a really good car that's priced right. He is definitely a man of his word and understands what the majority of the world deals with .. B Auto is a fantastic used car dealership! This is my second car purchase from them, and my immediate family has purchased two cars from them also. This was my first experience working with Mr. B and I would highly recommend having a conversation with him if you're considering a used vehicle. He was knowledgeable and helpful, but never pushy. He kept me informed in every step of the finance process, and even helped research things that had nothing to do with dealer to make sure I knew I was getting the best information.
