Taco Bell — Restaurant in Marina

So, I'm a taco bell eater - it's tacos and burritos, quick. And, it's tacos and burritos, so it's good enough. That said, when i review a taco bell, i compare it to all other taco bells I've been to. So, compared to all other taco bells, this is the worst one I've been to. I almost want to give 2 stars... But, it's taco bell, I'll maybe be back, and I'm not the type to bite the thing that i will potentially pay in the future to feed me.

So, why do i consider 2-3 stars for this taco bell?

The food is regularly not as full as other Bells. Just yesterday i had a burrito Supreme that was more tortilla than anything else. Literally, half my bites tasted like bread(tortilla). I also got a taco, and they decided to give me the deformed one. It was some hodge podge of two shells formed into one.

This taco bell also likes to do something to their machines that reduces the amount of flavor that goes into their sodas, i guess. Every time i go there, the sodas either DON'T taste like the product in question or they barely make the cut. We had one guy replace the drink at the drive through 3 times bc it was so nasty. It was all CO2, no flavor. He'd go check, he'd say "everything is working fine." And, look, my children aren't picky. They're the happiest kids ever when i let them have a soda, and they found the sodas unacceptable. This occurs on a regular basis, bc i like me some tacos that i can get quickly and go.

So, yeah, I've started going to other taco bells. They're slightly out of my way, but to avoid frustration, ima do it. This one is losing my business due to their either laziness or trying to save a buck...

This taco bell has done me wrong too many times. I spent the last of my gas to get a breakfast crunchwrap and it looked like a diaper 😭 I'm very sad that I spent 8 dollars on this meal. I came to get something cheap to save money but I honestly should've just stayed hungry. But the workers are always pretty nice so no hate to them, just wish I could get those 8 dollars back 🙏 I also orded off doordash one time for me and my friends, and we ended up getting the wrong order because the workers gave our doordaser the wrong bag. So I decided to go meet the doordasher at the taco bell so they didn't have to drive all the way back to our dorm to give us our food. Once we finally got to our dorm we started eating and that's when I realized that they had put meat in my crunchwrap when it said on the receipt that I asked for it to be taken off. After all that hassle, which again wasn't the doordashers fault, all my friends got to eat and I couldn't eat anything because all my food had meat in it. I realize it was a big order but like damn that made me so sad. I sent a complaint through the taco bell app but I never got a reply back. Again, no hate to the workers but that was absolutely foul. I would like to give a shout out to our doordasher though, she was very sweet and made sure we got our food. Wish I could've...

I dropped one star because the employee did not seem to understand the traditional way of ordering food. I wanted a Burrito Supreme...no onions. And I wanted a beef chalupa, I didn't want to override chicken or watch her hit 10 buttons to modify what has always been an easy process. If taco bell is going to make ordering beef a problem.....They lost another star because what I ordered for lunch had the taste and consistency of something made the day before, it was stale, hard as a rock and I had to crunch through 2 inches before I finally reached the ingredients in the middle. My favorite Taco Bell has lost two stars since my original rating. The world is recovering, they are doing the best they can. Back to 4 stars. October 2023, back to 5 star, ...
