Carey Services — Local services in Marion

II had the opportunity to have lunch at The Kitchen Company at Carey Services. It was very encouraging to walk through Carey Services and witness the good work they are doing in providing services and opportunities with people from our community with disabilities. I recently found out about restaurant that they have and wanted to give it a try. The deluxe burger and fries were delicious. It was a joy to talk with many different people while I was there and learn more about what they are doing. I would definitely recommend the restaurant for lunch. I plan to try it soon for breakfast. I exhibited for The Arc of Indiana doing waiver sign ups at Carey Services' first annual disability resource fair on Saturday. I was amazed how many agencies came out to exhibit! I was even more blown away at what all Carey Services provides to the disabled community. I walked around to all the exhibitors tables but I really enjoyed seeing the massive amounts of art work made by people who attend their services. You have been contacted about your van by dumpster causing the traffic light to activate every 30 seconds after turning green and have yet to move it.
