Burger King — Restaurant in Marion

Normally I give burger king decent marks because I like them. This one is barely open from its remodel which is good, the place looks nice. I don't know whether it's the new staff or what but they are slow. Like sit down restaurant slow. Also you rarely see a real person in the front unless you are being called to collect your food. The new lay out is really impersonal which considering a lot of fast food restaurants are moving in this direction is probably the point. I think it's sad though that a business that used to be about bringing people together now is putting out vibes of not wanting to talk to you. If there was a net gain in efficiency by refocusing the staff on food then ok I guess but when it takes twenty minutes or more to have food brought to you at a fast food vendor that's just sloppy. Honestly the vibe is okish but your going to be better off eating at home. If you need something quick but have twenty minutes to burn go a few doors down to Culvers. Their burgers are better, since we now have to wait the same amount of time at least get something you can pretend...

Monday evening I walked into this location & ordered a meal, I waited 20 mins. When the food was bagged, the two chicken head women/staff started arguing which was mine. When they finally decided, I checked with them, "bacon, cheese burger whopper, no pickles, right?", the manager said, "That's RIGHT!" pointing to the bag she gave me. I drive away & opened the bag to eat, WHAT DO YOU THINK I GOT?

A whopper with 5 pickles & no bacon or cheese, I drove back to BK & when the manager gave me the bag, I immediately opened the bag & (myself) made sure they got it right this time.

They all glared & gave me sour looks, but I AM PAYING FOR MY MEAL, I'M THE ONE WHO NEEDS TO BE ANGRY WITH YOU.

I thank God I don't work at a fast food place. I thank God I wasn't born or raised in Marion. I thank God I have job where I know I am valued & help make people's lives BETTER.

If you can't tell the difference between a pickle or a strip of bacon, you don't belong at Burger King. There's no excuse...

Everytime I come here I order the same thing. A bacon burrito. 2 days ago they made it sausage, so I asked if they could please make sure it's bacon to which she replied "honey everybody has a headset on" I said I know that but they still make it sausage so I just wanted to make sure it's bacon im on the clock for work and don't have time to come back through drive thru. All she said was "mhm". Very rude. You all have headsets on but still can't get the little $4 order right. I'm a regular I come thru 4-5 times a week. BK "have it your way" but it's never my way. I will not be coming back ill go to Kem road location. They need to get it together. And work on their customer service. So we're not allowed to ask them politely to please make the correct burrito cause "everybody has they head set on". Then they should be LISTENING and also READING the screen.
