This is the single best jewelry repair service I've ever had! I work with jewelry but I cannot solder. I am SO happy with the experience I had today in this jewelry store. I had a broken chain connected to a lovely name necklace that I wasn't able to wear for a long time (several decades). This was a repair that was performed on a section of the chain that was originally repaired incorrectly/very poorly....until today! :) The cost for the repair was extremely reasonable. A hidden gem in NJ! Rich is great - I’ve made multiple experiences with him both buying and selling and he’s very honest and transparent. Took money off when I bought multiple pieces, and gave me the highest amount he could when I was selling. Beat the prices of others in the area when it comes to both buying and selling. Aside from the prices, he’s very approachable, honest, patient, and knowledgeable. People come back to him for years and he greets people by their first name and knows them and their families. I had such a positive experience at Sonny's Jewelers that I had to share. Rich went above and beyond to make sure that the setting he created for me using my mother in law's stone was exactly what I wanted, and he made me feel very comfortable asking for adjustments until it was perfect.
