Customer service is honestly the best I’ve seen or experienced so far! It was great from the beginning. I love when customer service match my energy (respectful and friendly). The transaction was quick and smooth. I was ready to get the sectional and he was ready to deliver 😂🥰 The sectional I purchased was something that I wanted for over a year! I looked all over and finally found it. It’s comfortable and stylish. I just moved into my apartment so it’s kind of plain right now but my vision of how my living room will be is going to bomb! Also, this sectional is HUGE! I was scared it would be too big, but it’s the perfect size. It’s not like the TikTok sectionals that have you sitting almost on the floor! Definitely worth the price. If you could give anywhere a 10 out of 10 for a furniture store, this would be the one. Ali is the best customer service sales representative that there is. A customer service/sales person that is not pushy and meet your expectations even when you’re just looking. We purchased a new sofa with an ottoman Mattress and three rugs. You may wonder if the sofa we got was a basic sofa and I will tell you it was not. We did get the viral Ashley sofa for half the price that Ashley sells the sofa for along with the ottoman. Everything that we have is up to quality standards dysfunctional as an attention grabber from the rugs to the sofa.

We came in and fell in love Customer service on day one I appreciate how patient Ali was with helping us and even accommodating pick up earlier than scheduled.
