The lapalco location jeweler is the worse.. apparently while resizing my ring.. the jeweler broke the head of my ring and has lied about it for the past 3 weeks. After calling the lapalco store multiple times I was told several different stores and 24 hours before I take pictures and a few days before my wedding I have NO RING!!! I've been told multiple things regarding my ring and I'm ready to just throw the whole location away.. * update 4 months after original post. I finally received my ring just in time for my wedding but now THE WHOLE DIAMOND HEAD HAS FALLEN OFF. I came to this kays location because it was close to my work. This is first time at this particular location. I came in looking to get my wife's rings cleaned and repair a necklace . The rings came out stunning. They were not able to fix necklace however but recommended to place that may. Also bought a new style necklace that had to be ordered . It came in right before my wife's birthday so that was perfect. Bethany helped me with all my needs.i would like to make a shout out to her and rest of staff for being excellent. It's a shame. I called at 9:56 am. To question about the purchase of 3 men's watches for the coming Christmas But they were so concerned with the 4 minutes that they didn't want to work. Shame. Every call begins with Kay.. But every purchase ends somewhere else. I know it's before open hours.. But come on. 4 minutes for a phone call.. Nah. My first impression isn't good.
