I am very disappointed with Game Stop! I have been a Game Stop pro member for a long time and I spend a lot of money with your company but I will no longer shop at any of your establishment. Before the pandemic shut down stated I came into the store and purchased an Xbox series 2 elite controller. The controller that was sold to me was defective. The left thumb stick drifts and the Rb button press twice. I went online and heard that this was happing to a lot of people that bought the first batch of controllers. I called the store an explained that the controller they sold me was defective. I also explained that due to COVID19 I was unable to come back to return it in the 30day return period. The woman that works at the store told me I would have to buy a $200 new controller. She didn't show any sympathy towards my problem. During my call I could hear her talking to the manager in the background asking him questions about my return. This is unacceptable! This show me that Game Stop is heartless and doesn't care about their customer's. Someone for corporate please contact...

Very helpful to parents and children. Well educated in all products they deal with. Great prices and can even beat Wal-Mart most of the time. I love the ability to be able to buy used games or accessories or game systems (which is way way cheaper) and to be able to have a warranty on such products that if anything happens it will be replaced on the spot ( no children having melt downs lol). This location, the one in Algiers by Wal-Mart and Entergy and the one on Manhattan by the Super Wal-Mart and Sam's are kept very clean and every product is dusted and kept in order. These are the only three locations I will every go to as the staff knows there stuff, does not mind taking time to answer a million questions that kids ask or parents, makes a point in looking up your info so they know what you prefer and do not, polite and very business but down to earth. They buy your stuff for pennies and sell it for a fortune(figure of speech). They should lower the prices on stuff. I mean come on it's not brand new, refurbished bro. The customer service is okay! Btw give people better prices for their stuff. You buy a game from them today for 60.00, go back the next month and they want to pay you 2.00 for it... come on! My friends and family barely go here anymore. We'd rather buy online. Better prices, we hate Game Stop!🤬 They also do not care what customers think.
