First, the young lady taking the orders was not pleasant at all. Then the delivery guy brought my food to the wrong apartment. I had to argue to get them to agree to giving me the food I had already paid for. After waiting for an hour, I called to determine his whereabouts and the young lady said he had other deliveries to make. What?!!?! She and the manager then assured me he was in route to my place. I asked the manager to call him and confirm his location, and he did. When I called back a couple minutes later, the manager told me the delivery guy had just walked through their door. The delivery guy claimed that he called me three times, and I didn't answer. This was false! I drove to the location, and the manager and young lady gave the delivery guy my phone number to dial (right in front of me!!!) and said, see, there was no answer. I said, look at my phone. There is no call from him, only the one he just made. The manager refused to look and said, whatever, I'll give you your money back, but we won't deliver to you anymore. Then he went through the curtain without even looking at my phone. The young lady banged some numbers in the register and practically threw my receipt at me. Read moreIf I could give them ZERO STARS I would!! I placed a delivery order, waited, the food finally arrives after a long wait. The delivery driver literally came with zero change. None at all. Then he gets mad because my order was a $60 order and I gave him a $100 bill. Again... why don’t you have change? You’re a delivery driver! Not to mention the delivery driver can’t even count the change back right. So he says he’s gonna take my $100 bill and go to the gas station and cash it. We tried reaching his cell multiple times and got no answer on when he was going to arrive with the change. AN HOUR LATER he gives my grandfather at the door my change for my order and shorts me. After going through all of this for about 2 hours, I gave up. I didn’t feel like arguing over $5. If he would’ve been a better driver I would’ve tipped him way better than $5. But I didn’t even get to tip. He just took the money without asking. Well moral of the story the reason I’m writing this review is because it’s almost 2am and me and my boyfriend are sick to our stomach. Not sure if it was the crawfish in my sushi or the shrimp in our rice but we are super sick. Never ordering from here again and unless y’all wanna be sick and stolen from id advise y’all not...
Read moreso apparently hina hot is under a new owner , this is what we got. we ordered seasame chicken ( came with terakyi sauce) no seasame sauce. Plain rice..nothing in it but a tiny bit of egg. The beef fried rice came with beef and a tiny bit of green onion in it. not even a little bit appetizing. the Shumai were not what hina hot Shumai or anything used to be....the worse thing is they don't even mention menu changes online or the menu they send with your oder....same menu...same prices.....when I spoke with the new owner he said its not his fault the old owners didn't teach them recipes....come on now....(any Chinese restaurant has these items and are mostly the same). not only that I said to him "then you should change your company name cuz people are expecting what hina hot had just a month ago" and he then responded with "you can't tell me what to do" I then asked for a refund "cuz Im not eating something I could of made at home" and he said "ok...i send driver to pick up food"...and the driver sure as he'll did...within 10 minutes....but it took an hour to ge the food in the first place.....smdh.......
