T-Mobile — Local services in Marshall

Got a phone from them that went into permanent bootloop after 8 hours of use. They told me they would replace the phone and gave me a used refurbished phone that isn't even the one I originally had. I'm still paying off the defective product. Even the manufacturer would have given me a brand new phone of the one I had. They gave me this, and it had none of the original accessories, no charger, no key, nothing....
