Save A Lot — Local services in Marshall

Was asked to leave the store by a shift manager because my 3 year old started throwing a tantrum. I called back the next day and spoke to the store manager who said she would be contacting her boss about disciplinary action for this associate. Never received a call back. I have called cooperate twice and wrote them with once again, no response. I will be calling again this week and will get an answer or I will be contacting a lawyer. This is discrimination and will not be taken lightly. This man should lose his job! "Our policies say we must have someone removed if causing a scene in the store." Is what the man told me.... save a lot better be ready to provide a clean copy of these policies for me, clearly stating a mother with her toddler who is acting out must leave the store! Complete and utter ignorance which is unexceptable and should not be stood behind...

I live 1.7 miles from the save a lot in Battle Creek and 13 miles from save a lot In Marshall this is a much nicer location cleaner better stocked friendlier better trained staff . I have only had 1 bad experience and that was today and when I called back to the store Tracey offered to make it right the next time I shop. A suggestion If you are gonna continue to run out Of the 3LB thick cut bacon maybe the person in charge of inventory control order extra. The Battle Creek store could take lessons from you guys. Good products, not as cheap as Aldi's, but cheaper than Family Fare. Some good meat mark downs today: chicken .99 a lb, pork roast: 1.99 a lb. Lettuce: .99 ea. Eggs: .89 a dozen.
