Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Marshall

Family Owned? Obviously not family overseen. This location in Marshall Michigan is absolutely the worse managed store I have ever done business with. The little kid Wayne hangs up on me 3 times before giving me over to another kid named Nick who is supposed to be a manager. After I explained to him this is the 3rd time they forgot something off our order and that we lives 6 miles from the location he began to give me the we are very busy and short staffed, so when I asked him for the name of his GM he said he was not allowed to give this information out. So obviously the GM doesn't want to be bothered with issues which is obvious because of the customer service of this location and the training of it's employees. This location has had an issue for a couple of years now and someone from Little Ceasar needs to finally step in if this is a franchise owner because between the issues of being hung up on and being very sarcasticly and rudely spoken to over the phone and yes it's always over the phone because they're not that brave in person, and the fact that there is never any contact information for the public at this location for concerns or issues as was the case a few months ago when my wife who suffers from brain cancer was being mocked and spoken very rudely to over an order she told the manager was incorrect. Funny when I went to confront the manager about his actions toward my wife the coward was no where to be found. Little Ceasars fix this location Mr. Franchise Owner you need to follow up on customer issues with this location because to date with the 2.75 they made off of me tonight that's close to 10 or 11 dollars in 6 months which may not sound like a lot but everytime an ingredient or product is billed but not in a clients order that is padding your inventory to sell the same item or product again which is against the law and happens...

Never before in my 50 plus years have I witnessed a more tragic two word misnomer than the one I witnessed tonight at the Marshall Little Caesars.

After placing our phone order at 5:20 pm, we went to pick up our pizza and crazy bread order at 550 pm. While the pizza was ready, we were told the breadsticks were not and to wait in the lot and they would be brought out. While waiting there, we watched a number of cars give up and leave as well as an employee stumbling from car to car trying to figure out who had ordered what. After waiting 20 minutes, we surrendered as well, got back in line, and received a refund.

How and why Little Caesars decided to adorn their employees in Tshirts emblazoned with PIZZA GENIUS across the back is beyond me but I'd strongly suggest that corporate also seek an...

ABSOLUTE WORST PIZZA PLACE I'VE BEEN TO. I want to like it, have given it another chance a million times over the years because of the convenience of having a drive thru and it's location next to the baseball fields...NEVER had a good experience. The typical mistake on a good visit is uncooked dough in the middle and the pizzas never cut. They somehow manage to not cut the pizza nearly every time. It isn't just the same employees making mistakes this has been issues that not just me but everyone I know who has gone there has experienced the last decade. It must be the franchise owners? IDK.
