BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Marshall

I love Biggby. It’s my favorite coffee franchise, however the Marshall location is always money wasted. Many times my iced lattes will have a layer of coffee grounds on the bottom. One time in particular the coffee ground layer was so thick at the bottom, I could not take more than the first drink and had to return back for a new coffee. The new coffee had about half the layer of coffee grounds on it. Still unable to drink it. The bitterness made me feel ill. They also gave me a coupon for next time, to which I used the next week, and the same problem occurred... Today I got two sweet foam caramel cold brews and both of them were so bitter they both got thrown away. On top of the bitterness, it tasted dirty, like the machines needed to be cleaned. I will no longer give this location my business, which is super disappointing because it’s my hometown location. These are problems I’ve never experienced at over 10+ other Biggby locations across the state. I hope the owner tries his coffee compared with other locations and can get these issues sorted out. Compared with other local coffee connoisseur‘s stories, these are problems many people face with this...

WOW 😳 Never... in all the years of visiting different bigbys have I EVER received such garbage in a cup..not like I did at the Marshall location today!! We paid almost $10 a piece for some generic bitter absolutely disgusting bibgy coffee sludge..tasted like stale IGA coffee. Honestly that's probably giving it credit..Couldn't even do it. Even with the surrounding places in Marshall..bomb failing on the products/service or even just keeping good reliable equipment and decent help..we assumed we could still get a couple cups of good coffee in this town especially with the outlandish prices that they charge now..( by the way..( didn't mind paying those prices when the coffee was good ) but o man!! I SO was wrong!! Bigbys use to be my favorite coffee shop..not anymore. I will never come back to this coffee shop and if I hear anyone in this town say that they're going to stop into that hole..I will do my best to warn them..before they too are robbed of cash for trash. Sorry not Sorry 😐...

While I love biggby and frequent often this one is failing. Everything we go they mess up our order. Not a huge deal as typically they are still drinkable. Today it tasted like they gave us water. No tea in our tea or espresso in our latte. My sons frozen drink came hot my mothers drink that I get often they put red bull in when it's not suppose to have it in it its made with a zip. Over $20 and everything went down the drain. Let alone they asked my order 3 or 4 times and kept saying that's hot? To which I kept responding no its ice or its frozen. Not one drink we ordered was hot yet every drink they handed out was hot. I ordered a large and they gave me a small my kids was medium again we got a small. They remade them someone else asked the order and it was STILL handed out wrong. From now on we will just stick to the battle creek ones. Because I am so tired of getting the...
