WORST phone place! Pretty sure no one there knows what is going on… after 3 hours and 4 different amounts that we would have to pay to switch to that company and trade in our phones for new. we decided to come back another day… after having 3 out of 4 phones already switched over they tell us we owe way more than what was quoted us the day before another 4 hours wasted! I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. I don’t understand how the rate can change so many different times with the same phones getting traded in and bought. Even the workers thought the price was ridiculously high to pay and said they “understood” if we didn’t want to switch. Read more1 hour and 45 minutes to get an upgrade. Of course, they don't even open till 11, so we had groceries sitting in the car for that time and ended up eating lunch really late. They couldn't figure out how to use a tmobile coupon that was rewarded when we purchased t-mobile internet. When they finally got it to work, the price didn't add on. We finally discovered that we had to pay $35 for activation? The guy said he mentioned, but he didn't. So, you overcharge for your phones, which can be found online for $80 less, and also charge for activation, and don't include a charger? I'm not rating one star because these awful business practices are on tmobile, more than the store itself. Went back a third time and Ruth did leave any information as promised. Was there another 2 hours and after cancelling 3 of our phones they then gave us another figure of what it would cost. We did not accept and told them no way .
