I purchased 2 mattresses and told them specifically I needed the old mattress taken away. They said no problem and put that on my ticket. Never told me to protect them from the weather as it was set up to be curb side delivery and pick-up. It was raining the day of delivery and they refused to take the old mattresses. Now I am being told that service should not have been offered for that type of delivery and are refusing to come take the old mattresses away. When I purchased the new mattresses I specifically said I needed this service or I would have to go elsewhere to a company that could do this for me as I have no way getting rid of the old mattresses. So now I am stuck with the old mattresses because they are going back on their word that they would take them. It is on my receipt that they were to be picked up. It's not my fault the sales lady offered a service she should not have. It was offered. I will never do any business...

My salesperson was Juan at the Marshalltown store. He was very professional, knowledgeable and patient with me. I liked the selections and variety the store has to offer. Unfortunately, the 0% financing was not available to me. I would appreciate the store having more options for 0% financing than Wells Fargo. I feel Wells Fargo is very difficult to obtain financing with and the store will lose sales because of the customers not being able to use this as an option when purchasing. When making a large purchase, (over $2000 like mine) or having any good deal like 0% available is appealing and also very discouraging when a person is denied. Was looking for a reasonably priced, good quality queen bed for guest room. Lots of selections available in different price ranges. Amy Jondle did a great job helping me figure out the best combination of pieces (and best priced) for our needs. Instead of a foundation I went for a clearance platform-style bed with headboard, along with a solid quality pillow-top mattress. Saved enough money to also get an ottoman on clearance.
