GameStop — Local services in Marshalltown

Gamestop admitted they screwed up and shouldn't have cancelled our order for the 500 million console. However they refuse to do anything more than train their customer service people that told us our order was fine after receiving an email stating there were issues with a paypal payment. I'm sorry you sold our console an hour before we even received a cancellation notice where we could have bought one again. Don't order anything from them as they will just tell you there is nothing they can do no matter what they do! Easily the best gamestop I have ever shopped in. Store has plenty of room which is great. It doesnt feel like everything is piled on top of everything else and plenty of room to move. Ive only dealt with one employee who I understand to be the manager. Very pleasant to deal with, has a great knowledge of games and has never talked down to me bc I may like a genre of games she doesnt. Sadly that happens in nearly every gamestop ive shopped in. New employees every time we go in. Pretty equal mix of knowledgeable, kind employees and employees who aren't interested in helping customers. GameStop is always too expensive, so this location is no exception. The store is always neat and organized when we go in. No bathroom available to customers, which is a big design flaw for the building. They always have the games we're looking for, even if they are too expensive.
