Went in to help a young gal get a new refrigerator. We were greeted immediately by a very nice young man that showed us what was available and helped us make decisions. He allowed us private time to talk and then to leave and do some comparison shopping. We returned after lunch and made our purchase. Their assurances of quick delivery and set up, removal and take away of the old appliance and a nice warranty and maintenance ability sold us. Ten years ago was a different story. Today, one star is to many. The rep said they get burned a lot, won't do work without seeing get the money first, understandable, showed the cash. Paid the guy, he didnt have change. Didn't even bother to fasten the screws. Called to let manager know of my experience, his reaction was worse. I can't say enough good things about this company and Travis, our service tech. He has been to our home 3 times for different reasons and each time has shown us how knowledgeable he is. He is patient, but gets it done quickly. We are forever customers, due to his great service. Thank you Travis! EDIT: My dishwasher door popped again!
