Circle The Date — Local services in Marshfield

Every part of my wedding party's experience was not good and I will not be recommending this place. My wedding dress came in wrong (manufacturer error) but it sat at the shop for months and they never checked to make sure everything was right. By the time I saw it the dress was discontinued and they wouldn't fix it so I had to pay A TON to have the dress fixed to what I ordered! The bridesmaids dresses: they all picked the same dress expect my maid of honor. They ordered her the same dress as everyone else and tried to tell her to just deal with it instead of admitting their mistake. The groomsmen: only a couple weeks before the wedding they called me and said the suit I picked was discontinued and I needed to make new choices. I made a special trip there made all new picks and when I went to tell them they told me i don't know who told you they were discontinued cause they aren't. And the majority of the guys pieces had to be sent back the week of due to not fitting. I did not get my magical, special bridal moments here. I got married in the middle of the pandemic, not knowing when things would get shut down again and THIS PLACE was my biggest headache of the process. I will never recommend this place to anyone! I used Circle the Date's seamstress Faye for alterations on a complicated wedding dress and she was phenomenal! I could not say enough about her. She explained things very well and was always thinking outside the box of how to make my dress fit perfectly.She understood what being a muscular person meant and how to make my dress fit comfortably on my body type. One thing she really explained well is that a train on a dress is meant to be on the ground and a bustle might fail. But, better to have the bustle fail than to have the dress fail. She was totally right. Within 10 minutes of getting the bustle put up my new husband stepped on it trying to walk into the reception through a tight area and it failed. We tried to pin it up, but ended up just dancing the night away holding onto it and that was just fine. There is a reason Faye is busy; she knows her stuff. But, my dress fit amazingly and I didn't know my dress didn't fit right until she tweaked a few things and it was a whole new dress. Brenna was absolutely amazing. I drove to Eau Claire, and never got the feel of wanting a dress, the customer service was poor, and was only allowed 5 dresses, and not a chance to look at the dresses myself to decide what I liked. Another place, they pulled so many dresses and not once listened to what I wanted. Came to Corcle the Date with a friend, and Brenna showed me dresses of what I was wanting, and once she seen what I was interested in, she went and got the dress that just came to the shop the day before, and insisted I tried it on. It was PERFECT!!! SHE GAVE US time to look around, let me talk about what I liked/or didn't like, and gave us time to discuss. No pressure what so ever!!!
