Iāve been coming to this UPS location for the past 3 years, usually in the mornings before 9:30. And honestly? The experience is consistently rough. The staff (especially morning shifts) are ridiculously rude and based on other recent reviews, itās clearly not just me noticing this.
I donāt go in asking for anything complicated; usually just a quick print of something I emailed the night before or help shipping a USPS package. Nothing major. But Iām almost always met with attitude, short tones, and an overall feeling like Iām inconveniencing them by existing. I've even waited in line with only 4 people ahead of me and still somehow lost 20+ minutes, just to reach a register and be treated rudely for no reason.
So why the 3 stars instead of 1? Because this morning I was helped by Robert, and he was an absolute standout. If heās not already a supervisor or manager, he should be. He was kind without being condescending, explained things clearly without me needing to ask, and treated me like a human being. He was patient, knowledgeable, and efficient ā and somehow did all that without slowing down the line.
If I walk in and see Robert behind the counter, Iāll stay. But if itās anyone else? Iāll burn the extra gas and head out to the Clayton & Treat location, because Julie, the manager there, gets things done fast,...

Said and Done they were kind enough to refund me my shipping cost after all this time due to unforeseen circumstances. Way to turn it around. They did turn it around and I believe you will find this store suitable for your shipping needs.

Worst place to ever. I sent a next day letter and it didnāt go out at the end of day. So it was delayed 2 days when I asked about my refund which I was guaranteed the manager said she was looking into it and Iād get it back.
