I had my screen repaired after it was damaged. The service provided at that time seemed satisfactory and the price was quite fair. However, two days after the repair a digital line formed on the left hand side of the screen. In researching this, it appears to result from the screen being installed incorrectly.

When I went back to the store (an hour’s drive from where I live) the owner of the store (who I had to speak on the phone to) said they would not cover the replacement of the screen because they claimed I dropped it due to a very small small chip in the screen protector on the opposite side of the digital line. I attempted to convey that it had not been dropped or damaged when the line formed, but she kept claiming it had.

It appears that this is a business that doesn’t stand behind their work and will look for a way to not take responsibility if their original repair isn’t done correctly. I would recommend against using...

The man which runs this shop took my money to order a part and said I would receive a call when it was in. No call. Three weeks later I return to ask what is happening and he says he called and left a voicemail but that he doesn't know where he put the part now. I ask so what do we do. He doesn't answer me for 10 minutes until my husband walks into the shop. He then just shrugs and smiles when asked what our options are. He gave us a partial refund after being told by my husband that if he couldn't fix the phone then we needed some resolution and says it is too much for him to keep up with. WARNING!!!!!! THIS IS A HONEST REVIEW. IF YOU HAVE AN IPHONE I WOULD DEFINITELY NOT GET MY SCREEN REPAIRED HERE. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! MY PROBLEM IS NOT ONLY DID THEY REPLACE THE SCREEN WITH PRODUCTS THAT APPLE DO NOT SUPPORT!!!! IM MORE UPSET THAT A MESSAGE POPPED UP ON MY PHONE STATING THAT THE SCREEN DISPLAY IS NOT GENUINE.
