Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Martinsville

Alright so the last time I ate at Chick-fil-A was when it's location at the Liberty Fair Mall Still Existed and if anyone knows Martinsville then they know how long that's been. Yesterday I decided to stop in at Chick-fil-A's new location and grab something to eat for lunch and out of everywhere that I have ate in Martinsville, this by far had the best customer service and was the cleanest. Even the bathrooms we're clean. When it comes to the food, I had the #2 Meal which was the Spicy Deluxe with Lettuce, Tomatoe, Pickles and Pepper Jack Cheese. This was by Far The Best Chicken Sandwich I had Eaten in a Very Long Time Seriously. The Lettuce wasn't that Old lettuce u see on most sandwiches that mainly consists of a Stem and the Chicken was a complete piece of chicken instead of half being a chewy piece of Chicken Fat that u see a lot of times in place that serve actual pieces of chicken and not processed, squeezed out of an extruder piece of chicken. I seriously could write several more pages on why this place is gonna rank as my #1 (Fast Food Place) in Martinsville and if anyone knows me, I don't even like completing full sentences on electronic devices, so this should tell u something.... With that said, I'll let anyone who reads this be the judge of what Chick-fil-A in Martinsville across from McDonald's and beside Taco Bell...

Idk if I just have poor timing or what but no matter what I order in the Drive Thru someone always forgets something. Three times now since May I have gotten a side salad and they have not remembered to put my dressing in the bag. If it's not a dressing, it's forgetting straws. If everything is actually in the bag the sandwiches have soggy chicken and dry buns or the nuggets have turned to rubber from sitting under the heating elements for too long. This place has a carousel of cars nonstop throughout the week. They should be able to afford another hennie and frier to help BOH stay up to speed-of-service for cooking and the FOH needs to learn not to hand off and order to a car five cars back in the drive through to bump and order. Idk if they lost someone or what in May or June of 2023 but whoever is in charge is cutting corners for CFA standards and it's starting to show. Cut it down to one lane if you can't keep up with the two lane drive thru. I'm sure most folks would agree we'd rather have hot safe food that unsafe mediocre food fast.

I used to purchase CFA Three times a week on average. Since May I've cut it down to twice a month. I keep trying to see if it'll get better but like I said, I'm either unlucky or something...

Cobb salad was good, fries were hot. They actually forgot 1 of 2 of my Cobb salads, and this was not the first time they forgot items from my mobile order. After checking the bag in the line, I let one of the guys bringing food out know that I was missing a Cobb salad. I showed proof on the receipt that I ordered/paid for 2 AND this was a MOBILE order. Mobile orders in my opinion should not be missing any items on the order. The guy that I told about the missing salad told one of the girls in the window with blonde hair and she rolled her eyes very rudely. I shouted that I can show them the bag with receipt & was only trying to get what I paid in advance for. Also, sad to say that this Chik-fil-A has some employees that are not friendly as they should be. Chick-Fil-A, do better with making sure all of your employees have the pleasure of serving your customers, and have them make sure they read orders correctly. Some of them need more training. Customer service is very important in this industry and for Chik-fil-A to have a reputation of great customer service with correct orders, this was very disappointing to me.
