I'm not big on Taco Bell for some reason but I decided to stop by the other day for Lunch and this one that's located in Martinsville behind what use to be the Liberty Fair Mall and beside Lester Home Center wasn't bad at all. I've eaten there through the drive thru several times but never have walked in to eat. Since I was on my lunch break and already tired, I decided to rest the dogs and have something different to eat than burgers an fries. I simply ordered from the dollar menu, 2 Mini Chicken Quesadilla's, an order of Cinnamon Twists with a Medium Drink and I have to say it was not bad at all. The food was hot, it was made quick and the store was clean. I'm not sure about the bathroom since I was able to wash my hands before coming here to eat, but everything else was great. The only reason that I'm giving this location 3 stars instead of 5, has to be because of the Manager. I didn't catch his name but he was a skinny guy with glasses and of an ethnic background and the reason I'm sure he was the manager was because of the way he was belittling the female worker running the cash register along with the other employees. I'm not sure the whole situation but for some reason the Tea dispenser that sits out where the soft drink dispenser is located for dine in customers to use, had not been stirred properly or completely and instead of just saying hey, the tea needs to be stirred up a lil more and that be the end of it, he jerks the stirring utensil from one of the employees and starts to stir the tea himself. Then as he is stirring, he starts to belittle the woman working the cash register and just basically treats her unprofessional and hateful in general. All she was trying to do was let him know that the tea had just been made an that's the reason why it had not been stirred completely. When he came out of the back office and glanced up towards the front counter where the register is and the Tea Container was sitting at the time, he automatically assumed that it was done being prepared and was going to be set out like it was instead of just plainly asking if the tea had been stirred or, allowed whomever was fixing the tea, to finish. Long story short, he talked to the woman along with a couple other employees like they were small children who didn't know their right from left hand and was completely unprofessional. As well as, this was all happening in front of customers at the front counter. Those employees already have to deal with rude customers who treat fast food workers like they are nothing but a waste of space to begin with. They definitely shouldn't have to be treated in the work place the same way by their co-workers and especially their Managers. You Receive Respect by Giving Respect....... Thank u all for...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhen you literally work under the same branch for the same company! We literally go to this location quite often for our family (we have a large family) Often times I spend in excess of $100 in a visit! Multiple times we have had missing items or messed up food. But never have I made it an issue Iāve called and been honest and let them know the issue. Tonight yet again I stopped to grab something to eat and ordered 3 soft supreme tacos for $2.79 each with no lettuce and no cheese and literally got just meat! I called to let them know and have it fixed to be told they wonāt remake them because they have had to remake food before under our name! When I pay for food I expect it to be what I paid for! To be cheated out of money to me is an issue! I donāt mind a mistake but for your store to take money and refuse to fix an issue your employees caused is a problem! I will be contacting the area coach! Who we know personally! Below I will attach multiple photos of orders we have placed! If your store canāt handle a large order just say that! Mind you the order tonight was $31.05 ā¦ā¦ Looks like Taco Bell wonāt be our go to anymore! If you want to hand away $hundreds of $$$$ That our family spends at this location because we appreciate the service we typically get! To say Iām pissed is an...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI'll start by saying, I don't have high expectations when I go into any Taco Bell. Whether it's from past experiences or the fact that most fastfood employees don't hold themselves to high standards when it comes to workmanship. Secondly, when it comes to Taco Bell I swear by a couple "old" standards and most young employees have no idea what long gone menu items I'm attempting to explain and have them make. All that outta the way, I JUST HAD THE BEST STEAK GORDITA I'VE EVER EATEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE!!! Thank you to the lady that knew what I was asking for and double thanks for showing the other staff. You're a goddess, an angel, and you deserve to be praised for not only going the extra mile to please a customer but for creating a culinary masterpiece that I'll be dreaming about for at least the next couple nights. If the cinnamon twists are half as good as the steak, tomato, and cheese gorditas I'll be back in a week or two to buy the whole crew coffee's or something. Thanks again pretty lady and crew of the Martinsville Taco Bell that worked the evening...
