Oh I tried to get service but the online service could not activate sim cards then I went into store they could not either. So I said forget it that I was not doing it that was December 2021. So months later they deduct 105.00 out of my account I was refunded that back then months later they send me a bill for 361.54 I called the online people they were not any help at all told me to go to store I said why ya'll did this. So I called the store and spoke to someone told her what they said she said no they know better than to send customers to the store tell them that made this mess they can fix this. So I did which was hard to tell them. They kept saying we need pin number I said ya'll made this account up make up a pin number too. I finally ask how do not know i don't have service with ya'll my phone is not suspended cause it was never with ya'll. I got no where them.
